On this site you will find examples of good English, Scottish & Frenc clocks and barometers. The stock comprises longcase (grandfather), bracket, wall and mantel clocks, and wheel and stick barometers. In longcase I have mahogany, oak, walnut and sometimes lacquered - both brass and painted dial.

I buy principally well proportioned clocks with well figured veneers, stringing or banding, and interesting dials such as moon, automaton and strike silent. Clocks are restored in our own workshops, as I have been doing for over 40 years. I try to keep the fine patina and colour acquired by generations of owners, and certainly do not strip and re-polish except where absolutely necessary. Movements are restored to give long and reliable use and are always guaranteed.    You will find the prices of my stock very competitive, as I am keen to keep a good turnover.     Delivery in the UK is usually included within a reasonable range.

Restoration and Repair Work  is also carried out in my own workshop.
